AUSTIN AKER RACING PREPARES FOR 2009

Austin Aker Racing had a great 2008 year at Anderson Motor Speedway. Austin won eleven events with twenty one top fives in the Young Gun division. Austin finished second in the Young Gun division point standings in 2008. Austin Aker Racing is busy getting his car ready to compete in the C – Mini Division in 2009 at Anderson Motor Speedway.

Austin Aker Racing is preparing a dirt car to compete in the Young Guns Division at Travelers Rest Speedway in 2009. Austin said, “I am looking forward to the challenges of running dirt and hope we can have the success we had at Anderson Motor Speedway. My dad works real hard on my cars every week and hopefully it will pay off in 2009”.

Austin Aker Racing is also planning to run a few Asphalt Late Model Events in 2009. Jimmy Franklin said “We are planning to enter the Georgia Asphalt Series event at Anderson Motor Speedway on April 17th, 2009. Hopefully, Austin will be able to qualify our new straight rail late model for this event”.
